Yes. Organisations can fund confidential individual counselling and psychotherapy for employees, either as a standalone service or as part of a broader workplace mental health initiative.

Employees can seek support for concerns arising within or outside work, including anxiety and stress, depression and low mood, relationships and separation, grief and loss, trauma and difficult experiences, burnout, loneliness, alcohol or other problematic behaviours, family pressures and other mental health, emotional and life concerns.

Individual counselling and psychotherapy can also operate alongside an organisation’s existing EAP or other support services.
