Workplace programs are delivered in person at a site nominated and provided by the client organisation.

The client is responsible for ensuring the nominated venue is suitable for the agreed program and participant numbers, and for arranging the practical requirements associated with the site, including access, facilities, any required equipment and relevant workplace and site requirements.

The client organisation also remains responsible for its own site-related safety, risk management and insurance arrangements. Your Life Therapy maintains the professional and business insurances applicable to the services it provides.

Venue and logistical requirements are agreed with the organisation before delivery so that both parties are clear about their respective responsibilities.
